We needed some pictures for Justin's graduation announcements, so naturally I pulled out all the fancy flash equipment :) We got to play with our lighting kit, and here is just an example of what it can accomplish :)

Giving A Little Back

This weekend, we were asked to take pictures of the Day of Service for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The church organized this day of service to encourage citizens to give selflessly of themselves. Throughout Brevard County (and a bit further out even), members so of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Days Saints along with other members of the community participated in 14 different projects county wide.

The Cocoa and Titusville wards volunteered at the Titusville YMCA Outback Tennis Center. The Outback Center is a park full of tennis and racquetball courts. This is a very nice facility, but it certainly needed a little tender loving care. We completed projects such as fixing the roof, stripping carpet and painting in the locker room and office, planting trees, landscaping, laying mulch, and much more.

When we were asked to help out, we just couldn't forget all the clients we were put in contact with through the church. So, I dusted of the camera and came on out.

Congratulations Brittney and Brett!

This was such a beautiful wedding! It all started with the ceremony at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Viera Chapel. The ceremony was lovely, followed by a send off to the guests waving streamer (which made for great pictures). Then we all went to the Melbourne Beach Hilton for a very elegant reception.

The bride was beautiful and we are so happy we were asked to be there :) Here are some of our favorites from the day.

Brett & Brittney Engagement Session

"Kiss like it doesn't smell like poop!"

We had so much fun on our engagement session with Brett and Brittney today. We started off just wandering around Cocoa Village and then ended up at Cocoa Beach. These two are both from St. Louis but grew up here and they have been together for an amazing 12 years! They even brought along their high school homecoming picture.

Our friends Heather and Kevin are expecting their first baby - a girl! So, I went to Orange County, California for a visit :)
